2. Simulated Credits Disclaimer

During the development/localhost phase, all daily credits, returns, and rewards displayed on the platform are SIMULATED and do NOT represent real earnings.

In production, daily credits represent a fixed percentage of your participation amount, but they are subject to the performance and liquidity of the underlying property projects.

3. No Guarantee of Returns

Past performance is not indicative of future results. We do not guarantee any specific return on any product. All percentages and projections are estimates and may vary.

4. Liquidity Risk

Your funds are locked for the duration of the product (e.g., 14 days). You cannot withdraw your participation amount until the product matures or is manually cancelled by admin.

5. Market Risk

The value of underlying property assets may fluctuate. If a property underperforms, your returns may be lower than projected.

6. Platform Risk

InvestPlus is a technology platform. Technical failures, cyberattacks, or regulatory changes may affect your ability to access your funds.

Cryptocurrency and property investment regulations are evolving in Nigeria. Changes in law may affect our services.

8. Cryptocurrency Risk

If you deposit via cryptocurrency, you accept the volatility and network risks of the chosen blockchain. We are not responsible for lost funds due to incorrect wallet addresses or network congestion.
