Welcome to InvestPlus. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use InvestPlus. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Nature of Service
InvestPlus is a technology platform that facilitates participation in property-based products. We are not a bank, and we do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
4. Products and Participation
All products displayed on InvestPlus are subject to availability. Participation amounts, durations, and simulated credits are displayed on each product page. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits are processed through licensed payment partners (Paystack) and supported cryptocurrency networks. Withdrawals are subject to a minimum threshold and manual approval. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals.
6. Referral Program
Referral rewards are earned when a referred user makes a qualifying deposit and participates in an active product. Rewards are credited as a percentage of the referred user’s daily simulated credits. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
- Create multiple accounts to abuse referral rewards
- Attempt to manipulate the platform’s systems
- Impersonate another person or entity
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvestPlus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
